Motley Crue frontman Vince Neil has been accused of assaulting a woman inside an elevator at the Las Vegas Hilton on Sept. 5.
The accuser, Jessica Radovicz, reportedly entered an elevator with Neil and recognized him as a celebrity. After she asked him if he was on TV, Neil reportedly grabbed the woman by her arms, slammed her up against the elevator and started yelling names at her.
In a video on TMZ.com, Radovicz points to the bruises allegedly caused by Neil and says “I just wanted to say that I really don’t think that anybody should be treated like this. And I don’t think that just because you’re a celebrity you should be able to get away with something like that. Not only are you a celebrity, but you’re a male and you’re hurting a female. … How could you do something like that? I just don’t understand.”
After the incident, Radovicz filed a misdemeanor battery complaint with the city’s police force and the incident is still under investigation.

Vince Neil’s newest album “Tattoos & Tequila” will hit stores, June 22, 2010. The album is paired with his autobiography of the same name, due out September 23, 2010.
The new album is a compilation of the songs that have inspired Vince throughout his career. It features two new songs and nine “life defining” covers.

After four performances in four days, Vince Neil—who is best known as the lead singer in Motley Crue—wrapped up his first ever South American tour and headed back to the States.
Starting March 12 at the Rio 66 Casino in Rip Puerco, NM, Neil is back on tour. Vince Neil tickets are also on sale for April 10, May 15, June 9 and July 24. Neil’s June 9 performance is the M3 Rock Festival with Scorpions, Cinderella and Kix at the Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, MD.
In May, Neil is scheduled to release a new solo album titled “Tattoos and Tequila,” which are two main passions in Neil’s life. Neil already owns two Vince Ink tattoo salons and imports tequila from Mexico to distribute nationally.
